The Collective: Our unique organizational model
We have created a collective of diverse experts that are committed to supporting our clients in organizational improvement and that partner with our core team on an ongoing basis. Our organizational model is impactful because we create specialized teams for each client that are uniquely qualified to meet their needs.
Contextual Expertise: At Redwood Consulting, we believe that having a deep understanding of your organization’s context and focus area greatly enhances our ability to support you. Context expertise means we speak the same language, we can hit the ground running, we understand the common challenges of your program area, and we are knowledgeable about best practices and appropriate tools.
Research & Analytic Expertise: At Redwood Consulting, we believe that the bigger our methodological toolbox, the better we are able to meet your needs. We have team members with qualitative and quantitative research expertise. Our team includes individuals who are highly trained in a variety of methodologies such as the art of interviewing, survey design, and content analysis. Our team members also have sophisticated specialties including collecting data from children or individuals with disabilities, structural equation modeling, working with big data, or data dashboarding.
